Bruce was very good in the kind, calm & not pushy way he dealt with my elderly mother when quoting for the conservatory blinds.
Despite his suppliers getting a couple of things wrong he resolved those & made sure we were happy with the end result. He also passed on a discount his suppliers gave him for their mistakes which we would not have even been aware of.
Overall an honest businessman who did a good job.
