What kind of blinds do you do?
We supply and fit Plantation shutters, roller blinds, Venetian blinds, vertical blinds, panel blinds, Velux blinds, perfect fit blinds, Roman blinds, lantern blinds and more.
Are your blinds child safe?
Yes all of our blinds meet child safety regulations. How do I make an appointment? You can make an appointment by calling 07535 578751 and speaking to our team, by emailing us at info4blinds@gmail.com, messaging us on social media or via our contact us page on our website.
What days can I get an appointment on?
Your appointment can be made for any day of the week from 9 a.m. till 7 p.m.
How long will my appointment take?
We allow 2hrs for each appointment but this may be quicker if you are only looking to get a small number of blinds.
Do I have to make a decision straight away?
No, we will not pressure you in any way! We understand getting window treatments is a big decision and we want you to make the right one.
How long is my estimate valid for?
Estimates of valid for 30 days.
Do I have to pay a deposit when I order my blinds?
Yes, we take a 50% deposit at time of order. This may be more depending on the size and nature of the order.
How long will my order take?
Your order will take anywhere between 10 days and 8 weeks depending on which window treatments you order.
Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
No, everything we'll sell is made to measure specifically for your windows and cannot be used elsewhere. We have a no refund policy.
How long will my window treatments take to install?
We will need anywhere from 1 hour to 8 hours to install your window treatments depending on the size of your order.
Do my blinds or shutters have a warranty?
Yes, most of our blinds have a five-year warranty with a few exceptions. Our shutters have a 10-year warranty.
